The Ordinance on the Tonndorf 26 Development Plan of 22 May 1990 (HmbGVBl. P. 113) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the regulation on the Tonndorf 26 development plan” is added to the Regulation.
2. In § 2(1), the first sentence is deleted and the following point 6 is added:
6. Only small-scale craft enterprises are allowed in the commercial area. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
1990年5月22日发布的《通多夫26号开发规划条例》（HmbGVBl. P. 113）修订如下：
1. 为本条例新增附件《〈通多夫26号开发规划条例〉修正案附件》。
2. 在第2条第1款中，删除第一句，并新增以下第6项：
6. 商业区域内仅允许经营小型手工业企业。1990年1月23日修订、1993年4月22日最后一次修订的《建筑使用条例》（BGBl. I p. 133、BGBl. I p. 466, 479）
