IMPROVING THE DEPOSIT POLICY OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Improving the efficiency of the deposit base in commercial banks is a strategic direction for strengthening the stability, liquidity, and competitiveness of the banking system during economic reforms. In Uzbekistan, the effective formation of deposit resources is becoming increasingly important, as it enables banks to mobilize domestic savings, expand lending to the real sector, and reduce dependence on external borrowing. A stable and diversified deposit base creates favorable conditions for long-term investment financing, financial intermediation, and sustainable economic growth. Therefore, the study of mechanisms for improving the efficiency of the deposit base has both scientific and practical significance.
