A land use policy analysis method for regional natural hazard risk mitigation

This project estimates damages and economic losses from hurricane impact under different land use policy scenarios in eastern North Carolina over a 30-year projection period. This analysis also compares expected losses with expected property tax revenue under the different scenarios.
