To explore the mechanisms of EGFR/HER2 activation by BET inhibition, we analyzed the mRNA changes in response to BET inhibition. Overall design: Transcriptomic responses were profiled with BETi (JQ1) treatment in HCC1954, BT474 and SKOV3 cells using mRNA sequencing.
