Pronounced debt restructuring; year, personal characteristics (1999-2022)

Persons, on whom a debt restructuring has been pronounced in the current year. This concerns the statutory debt rescheduling issued by the court on the basis of the Act on Debt Remediation of Natural Persons (Wsnp). The Wsnp offers natural persons, who are in a problematic debt situation, the opportunity to become debt-free. Data available from 1999 to 2022. Status of the figures: The figures are for the time being for all years. When new annual figures are published, the previous years may be adjusted. Amendment as of December 2023: None, this table has been discontinued. When will there be new figures? No longer applicable.
