We analyzed the whole marmoset brain using Stereo-seq and snRNA-seq and generated high-quality spatial transcriptomic data. The original matrix files are publicly available, and the spatial transcriptomic data can be interactively explored at: https://db.cngb.org/stomics/mccsta/download/.
