Use of the proportion of neutrophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid for rapid identification of bacterial pneumonia in children: A cross-sectional study

We enrolled patients with community-acquired pneumonia who underwent bronchoalveolar lavage at the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University. Pathogens were detected in the BALF, and BALF cytological analysis was performed.本研究纳入于广东医科大学附属医院接受支气管肺泡灌洗术的社区获得性肺炎患者。对患者的支气管肺泡灌洗液（Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid，BALF）进行病原体检测，并开展BALF细胞学分析。
