Additional file 4. Migration activity of native HATMSC supernatants. MSU-1.1 cell migration activity was investigated at 37 °C in an incubation chamber (PeCon GmbH, Erbach, Germany) with 1%O2, 5%CO2 mounted on an Axio Observer inverted microscope equipped with a dry 5x objective (Zeiss, Gottingen, Germany). The movement of the cells was time-lapse recorded for 44 h at intervals of 2 h using Zen 2.6 Blue Edition Software (Zeiss, Gottingen, Germany) as 6 separate movies (one for each supernatant and control).
补充材料4:天然HATMSC上清液的迁移活性。本实验于37℃、1%氧浓度、5%二氧化碳浓度的条件下开展,所用Axio Observer倒置显微镜搭载有德国埃尔巴赫市PeCon GmbH公司生产的培养舱,并配备德国哥廷根蔡司(Zeiss)的干式5倍物镜,用于检测MSU-1.1细胞的迁移活性。使用德国哥廷根蔡司公司的Zen 2.6 Blue Edition软件,以每2小时为间隔对细胞运动进行长达44小时的延时记录,最终得到6段独立视频(分别对应各上清液组与对照组)。
