ChickenCT-Seg: A Multi-Organ CT Dataset for Deep Learning-Based Non-Invasive Chicken Tissue Analysis

This dataset, ChickenCT-Seg, was developed as part of the study “Deep learning-based non-invasive chicken tissue prediction using CT imaging system.”It contains finely annotated CT images of live chickens for semantic segmentation and phenotypic prediction.
