西天山两栖爬行类多样性格局解析数据集（2023）标本组织样品信息及照片

为描述西天山两栖爬行类物种丰富度和物种更替海拔分布格局的特征，解析影响两栖爬行动物多样性格局变化的主要因素，本子课题2023年在天山山脉地区伊犁哈萨克自治州、开展科学考察。本数据集包含1个标本信息表、1个组织样品信息表、897张照片（动物照572张，工作照130张，生境照195张）。标本信息表、样品信息表包含物种、品种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息，以excel表形式存储。照片以jpg格式存储。 川

This study carried out a scientific expedition in the Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Tianshan Mountains region in 2023, with the dual objectives of characterizing the elevational distribution patterns of species richness and species turnover of amphibians and reptiles in the western Tianshan Mountains, and identifying the core factors driving the changes in their diversity patterns. This dataset includes 1 specimen information spreadsheet, 1 tissue sample information spreadsheet, and 897 photographs, which are categorized into 572 animal photos, 130 fieldwork photos, and 195 habitat photos. Both spreadsheets contain basic sample information such as species, taxon, detailed sampling location, sample type, collection date, collector, preservation method and other relevant details, and are saved in Excel format. All photographs are stored in JPEG format.
