Psychological sequelae&Light anaesthesia

Explicit and implicit memory have been associated with patients who had been exposed to light levels of anesthesia during their surgical procedure. Expert views regarding the definition of these forms of memory as well as consciousness and post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) are discussed.
