Raman Spectra of Extra Virgin Olive and Sunflower oil mixtures

The purpose of the Dataset is to define a predictive model to estimate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO° percentage in an Olive and Sunflower oil mixture based on Raman Spectroscopy. Raman spectra were adquired with a 785 nm laser excitation and intensities of Raman shift were regitred from 500 to 2500 cm-1. Therefore, the document is a series of 605 Raman Spectra of different mixtures that can be used for a calibration, validation and prediction set.

本数据集旨在构建基于拉曼光谱技术的预测模型，以估算橄榄油与葵花籽油混合体系中的特级初榨橄榄油（Extra Virgin Olive Oil，EVOO）占比。拉曼光谱采集采用785 nm激光激发，记录的拉曼位移强度范围为500~2500 cm⁻¹。本数据集包含605条不同混合油样的拉曼光谱数据，可用于模型的校准、验证与预测集构建。
