Rate dynamics of ectotherm responses to thermal stress

Data used in the analyses - Excel file with 11 worksheets. Five worksheets are datasets used for specific analyses with five corresponding metadata worksheets. One worksheet is the R code used to produce the values from Figures and Tables and calculations in the Results section of the manuscript. CTmaxCode.R and CTminCode.RPhylogentic Analysis with slope data for CTmax and CTmin analyses.

本分析所用数据为包含11个工作表的Excel文件。其中5个工作表为适配特定分析的数据集，配套设有5个对应的元数据（Metadata）工作表。另有1个工作表存储了用于生成论文手稿结果章节中图表、表格数值及各类计算的R代码。此外还包含CTmaxCode.R与CTminCode.R，以及针对CTmax和CTmin分析所用斜率数据的系统发育（Phylogenetic）分析内容。
