In the present study, chicken ileal explant cultures were used to examine the effects of the HDP Pap12-6 on enteral immune state and tight junction proteins. The peptide was applied solely at 25 and 50 µg/ml concentrations (PAP-low and PAP-high, respectively) and administered in inflammatory conditions evoked by polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (Poly I:C, 50 µg/ml), at the same doses (PI:C+PAP-low and PI:C+PAP-high, respectively).The present dataset belongs to the following original research article: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.psj.2025.105376.

本研究采用鸡回肠外植体培养物,探究宿主防御肽(Host Defense Peptide, HDP)Pap12-6对肠内免疫状态与紧密连接蛋白的影响。该肽仅以两种浓度单独施用:25 μg/ml与50 μg/ml,分别记为PAP-low组与PAP-high组;同时在由聚肌胞苷酸(polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid, Poly I:C, 50 μg/ml)诱导的炎症条件下,以相同剂量给药,分别记为PI:C+PAP-low组与PI:C+PAP-high组。本数据集源自下述原创研究论文:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.psj.2025.105376.
