We have analyzed the effect of high temepratures in roots and shoots of Arabidopsis using a novel approach, since we cultivate the seedlings with the root system in a temeprature gradient, simulatinfg the soil. RNAseq analses of polyA mRNAs from roots and shoot of wild type seedlings grwon at 22ºC or 32 ºC homogenously or 32ºC in the shoot and a decreasing temperature gradient in the root grwoing area
