Genome-wide analysis of gene expression modulated by anthracycline-based chemotherapy CHOEP in malignant T-cell lines

Analysis of gene expression modulations induced by CHOEP treatment in malignant T-cell lines. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that the different sensitivity of malignant T-cell lines to CHOEP exposure can be explained by differentially expressed genes and pathways. Results provide evidence that a number of genes are up- or down-regulated in response to CHOEP, suggesting the activation of pro-survival druggable pathways activated by chemotherapy. Total RNA obtained from cell lines treated with CHOEP for 24 hours compared to untreated control cells. For each cell line three biological replicates per experimental condition were analyzed.
