Physical profile data from CTD casts in the Gulf of Alaska from the R/V ALPHA HELIX from 18 April 2001 to 11 December 2001 (NODC Accession 0000739)

Physical profile data were collected from CTD casts in the Gulf of
Alaska from the R/V Alpha Helix. Data were collected by Western
Washington University (WWU) and the University of Alaska - Fairbanks;
Institute of Marine Science (UAK/IMS) as part of the Alaska Global Ocean
Ecosystem Dynamics (GLOBEC) program. CTD data include profiles of
temperature, salinity, sigma-theta, delta D, fluorescence, and PAR.

本数据集的物理剖面数据源自“阿尔法螺旋号”（R/V Alpha Helix）研究船在阿拉斯加湾开展的温盐深仪（Conductivity, Temperature, Depth, CTD）站位观测。数据由西华盛顿大学（Western Washington University, WWU）与阿拉斯加大学费尔班克斯分校海洋科学研究所（University of Alaska Fairbanks - Institute of Marine Science, UAK/IMS）作为阿拉斯加全球海洋生态系统动力学（Global Ocean Ecosystem Dynamics, GLOBEC）计划的组成部分采集完成。本次CTD观测数据包含温度、盐度、位势密度（sigma-theta）、氘同位素比值（delta D）、荧光强度以及光合有效辐射（Photosynthetically Active Radiation, PAR）的剖面数据。
