The array signal preprocessing chip designed for flexible sensors can collect, amplify and serially output the sensing signals of resistive pressure sensor arrays. It has functions including crosstalk suppression and on-chip non-uniformity correction, and is capable of processing sensor arrays with more than 100 sensitive units. This dataset was obtained through tests using potentiometers to simulate sensor arrays: the output voltage signals were quantized by the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) embedded in the microcontroller, transmitted to the host computer and recorded, with a total data volume of 8.63 KB.
