Changes as of July 2007 Final figures for 2004 and provisional figures for 2005 are added to the table. The provisional figures for 2001, 2002 and 2003 have been replaced by final results. Change as of December 2005 When this table was placed on 15-12-2005, the figures in the columns amount and average amount were incorrectly changed. This change has been corrected in this case. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable. The reason for cessation is the revision of income statistics.
