Distribution of the number of adults who have been determined to lose their overall ability to work

Dataset – “Division of the number of minors who have been determined to lose their overall ability to work by degree of loss of ability to work, type of functional impairment, gender, age and employment characteristics”. Selected information about adults who have a positive decision of the State Medical Commission for Health and Work Ability Examination (VDEĀVK) regarding the general loss of ability to work during the reporting period. The statistics are obtained from the welfare information system LabIS. The age of a person shall be determined at the end of the reference period or at the date of death of the person. One person may have several decisions at the same time regarding the general loss of ability to work. One person may have several functional disorders at the same time. Functional disorders are broken down by disease form group according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Health Problems, 10 (ICL10). Employed – if the person was self-employed or employed for at least one day during the reference period. Persons who have been determined as a percentage of the loss of ability to work and who are employed – persons who have a positive decision of the GDEĀVC on the general loss of ability to work during the reference period and who have been self-employed or employed for at least one day during the reporting period. Persons who have been determined as a percentage of the loss of ability to work and who are not employed – persons for whom a positive decision of the GDEĀVC on general loss of ability to work is in force during the reporting period and who have not been self-employed or employed for any day during the reporting period. Persons who have been determined as a percentage of the loss of ability to work and have certain visual functional disorders – persons who have a positive decision of the VDEĀVK on the loss of general ability to work during the reference period and have a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to visual impairment. Persons who have been determined DZ% and have a DIRD functional impairment – persons who have a positive decision of the VDEĀVK on the loss of overall ability to work during the reference period and have a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to hearing impairment. Persons who have been determined as a percentage of the loss of ability to work and have defined functional impairments – persons who, during the reference period, have a positive decision on general loss of ability to work and have a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to mobility disorders. Persons who have been determined as a percentage of the loss of ability to work and have certain psychiatric AND HEALTH functional disorders – persons who, during the reference period, have a positive decision on general loss of ability to work and have a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to mental and behavioural disorders. Persons who have been determined as a percentage of the loss of ability to work and there are certain EXTERNAL functional impairments/disturbations type not specified – persons who have a positive decision of the GDEARC on the general loss of ability to work during the reference period and have a valid positive decision on disability, the underlying diagnosis of which is associated with other disorders or their type is not specified.数据集——「按劳动能力丧失程度、功能障碍类型、性别、年龄及就业特征划分的已认定完全丧失劳动能力未成年人数量分布」。 本数据集选取报告期内获得国家卫生与劳动能力鉴定委员会（State Medical Commission for Health and Work Ability Examination, VDEĀVK）出具的完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论的成年人相关信息。 本统计数据源自福利信息系统LabIS。 人员年龄以报告期末或其死亡日期为准。 同一人员可同时持有多份完全丧失劳动能力的鉴定结论。 同一人员可同时存在多种功能障碍。 功能障碍依据《国际疾病与健康问题统计分类第10版（International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Health Problems, 10, ICL10）》按疾病类型组别进行分类。 就业状态判定标准：人员在报告期内有至少一日从事个体经营或受雇工作，则认定为就业。 已认定劳动能力丧失比例且处于就业状态的人员：指报告期内获得GDEĀVC出具的完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论，且在报告期内有至少一日从事个体经营或受雇工作的人员。 已认定劳动能力丧失比例且未就业的人员：指报告期内持有GDEĀVC出具的有效完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论，且在报告期内未从事任何一日个体经营或受雇工作的人员。 已认定劳动能力丧失比例且存在特定视觉功能障碍的人员：指报告期内获得VDEĀVK出具的完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论，且持有有效残疾阳性鉴定结论（其基础诊断与视觉损害相关）的人员。 已认定劳动能力丧失比例为DZ%且存在DIRD功能障碍的人员：指报告期内获得VDEĀVK出具的完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论，且持有有效残疾阳性鉴定结论（其基础诊断与听觉损害相关）的人员。 已认定劳动能力丧失比例且存在明确功能障碍的人员：指报告期内获得完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论，且持有有效残疾阳性鉴定结论（其基础诊断与行动障碍相关）的人员。 已认定劳动能力丧失比例且存在特定精神与健康功能障碍的人员：指报告期内获得完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论，且持有有效残疾阳性鉴定结论（其基础诊断与精神及行为障碍相关）的人员。 已认定劳动能力丧失比例且存在特定未明确类型的外部功能障碍/异常的人员：指报告期内获得GDEARC出具的完全丧失劳动能力阳性鉴定结论，且持有有效残疾阳性鉴定结论（其基础诊断与其他障碍相关，或障碍类型未明确）的人员。
