PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet capable of improving a balance between a productivity and a strength. SOLUTION: The sheet includes first cellulose fibers having a fiber width of 100 nm or less and a phosphite group or a substituent originated from the phosphite group and second cellulose fibers having a fiber width of 1 μm or more and 100 μm or less， and a content of the first cellulose fibers is 1 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less based on a whole of the sheet. 所要解决的技术问题：提供一种可优化生产效率与力学强度平衡的片状体。
技术方案：该片状体包含第一类纤维素纤维与第二类纤维素纤维；其中，第一类纤维素纤维的纤维宽度不大于100 nm，且带有亚磷酸酯基团（phosphite group）或亚磷酸酯基团衍生取代基；第二类纤维素纤维的纤维宽度介于1 μm至100 μm之间。以该片状体的总质量为基准，第一类纤维素纤维的含量为1质量%至30质量%。
