Requirements relating to the quality of the living environment Wooded classified area: Wooded areas may include wooded areas, woods, forests, parks, hedgerows or hedge networks or alignment plantations, to be conserved, protected or created. In these spaces, the provisions of articles L.113-1 et seq. of the Urban Planning Code apply. GENRE attribute = ECBOISE Green space to be valued: Geographical areas where special provisions apply to ensure the protection, enhancement or requalification of landscape elements, as well as the preservation, maintenance or restoration of ecological continuities. GENRE attribute = EVPROTEG Planting on the public domain: In order to ensure the protection of plantations located in the public domain, works likely to affect them shall be authorised only in the case of general interest and the implementation of compensation measures. GENRE attribute = PLANTPUB Cultivated urban land and unbuilt land for the maintenance of ecological continuity (TUCCE): Within urban areas, the cultivated land and the unbuilt spaces necessary to maintain ecological continuity (TUCCE) are inconstructible except, however, for shelters necessary for gardening activities (ofway less than or equal to 10 m² per garden unit), as well as fences as long as they allow the passage of small fauna. GENRE attribute = TUCCE与居住环境质量相关的要求： 林木分类区域： 林木区域可涵盖待保育、保护或营造的林区、林地、森林、公园、绿篱或绿篱网络/成行种植林。此类区域适用《城市规划法典》L.113-1条及后续条款的规定，属性GENRE为ECBOISE。 需管护提升的绿地： 指为保障景观要素的保护、优化或重新整治，以及生态连续性的留存、维护或修复而适用特殊规定的地理区域，属性GENRE为EVPROTEG。 公共用地上的种植： 为保护公共用地上的种植植被，任何可能影响此类植被的工程仅可在符合公共利益且落实补偿措施的前提下获得审批，属性GENRE为PLANTPUB。 维持生态连续性的城市耕地与未开发用地（TUCCE）： 在城市范围内，用于维持生态连续性的耕地与未开发空间（TUCCE）属于不可建设用地，但以下情形除外：园艺活动所需的简易棚屋（每个园艺单元面积不超过10平方米），以及允许小型动物通行的围栏。属性GENRE为TUCCE。
