We first overexpressed RNF157 in Huh-7 cells, followed by collection of the cells and lysis in a lysis buffer (RIPA) supplemented with a protease inhibitor cocktail. Then the cell lysate was centrifuged at 4℃ for 10 minutes to remove cell precipitation. Boil and perform western blot analysis.
