资源简介:
The present study provides an overview of the estrogen responsive protein coding genes and non-protein coding genes in chicken liver. We performed transcriptomic analysis on the expression profiles of mRNAs, lncRNAs and miRNAs in the estrogen treated and control livers. Thus, large scales of estrogen responsive genes were identified. Subsequently, we performed a genome wide identification of ERα binding sites by ChIP-seq technology. It makes up possible to identify the estrogen direct target mRNAs, miRNAs and lncRNAs in a large scale by intergrade analysis of the RNA-seq and ChIP-seq. Moreover, relationships between estrogen responsive genes were constructed and integrated analyzed. Our study provided a fully expression profile of estrogen responsive genes and a genome scale of ERα binding sites, more importantly, an exquisite estrogen regulation network in chicken liver.
