Transcriptomic analysis on SHR chondrocytes supported enhanced glycolysis and aberrant mTOR signalling. The insulin-like growth factor (IGF) family is linked with chondrocyte development and homeostasis. We observed that SHR chondrocytes expressed a lower level of IGF1 at neonatal age. During chondrocyte development, we identified IGF2 as one of the most significantly downregulated genes in WKY, while genes involved in rheumatoid arthritis and glycolysis were prominently enriched in SHR.
针对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)软骨细胞的转录组学分析显示,其糖酵解过程增强且mTOR信号通路存在异常。胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factor, IGF)家族与软骨细胞发育及稳态维持密切相关。我们观测到,新生期的SHR软骨细胞中IGF1的表达水平较低。在软骨细胞发育过程中,我们发现IGF2是Wistar-Kyoto(WKY)大鼠中下调最显著的基因之一;而在SHR大鼠中,与类风湿关节炎及糖酵解相关的基因则显著富集。
