This is the experimental data of the manuscript entitled “A new environment-aware scheduling method for remanufacturing system with non-dedicated reprocessing lines using improved flower pollination algorithm”. All data are generated through computer simulation and saved in the file with csv format. There are 12 instances for these experiments, which cover multiple scales. The datasets show the carbon emission signature, the weights for two objectives, the time to complete the corresponding operations in the corresponding workstations or reprocessing cells. The number of disassembly workstations, reassembly workstations, and reprocessing cells in each reprocessing line, the power consumptions of reassembly workstations and reprocessing cells in idle status and start-stop status, and the start-up time of reassembly workstations and reprocessing cells in each reprocessing line also shows in the datasets.
本数据集对应题为《采用改进花粉授粉算法的非专用再加工生产线再制造系统环境感知调度新方法》的学术论文的实验数据。所有数据均通过计算机仿真生成,并以CSV格式存储。本次实验共包含12组测试案例,覆盖多种规模量级。本数据集包含碳排放特征、双目标权重,以及各工作站或再加工单元完成对应作业的耗时数据。此外,数据集还涵盖每条再加工生产线的拆卸工作站、再装配工作站及再加工单元数量,再装配工作站与再加工单元在闲置、启停状态下的功耗,以及各生产线中再装配工作站与再加工单元的启动时长数据。
