This dataset consists of PVT test data for 400G modules. The included test contents are as follows: output voltages of each power supply under bias stress conditions measured by a multimeter; ripple waveforms of each power supply under bias stress conditions, power-on timing sequences of each power supply, communication timing sequences and individual signal waveforms, all measured by a real-time oscilloscope; optical performance of the modules tested by an optical oscilloscope and BERT test modules; DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) accuracy of the modules measured by a power meter; and tests conducted using a regulated power supply and BERT test modules.
