2014-2017年全国范围内早产儿/低体重儿眼出生缺陷调查数据集

本数据集针对2014-2017年全国范围内6个省市地区妇幼保健机构出生的早产儿或低体重儿或者具备其他高危因素的新生儿，采用广域数字化视网膜成像系统进行眼出生缺陷和异常筛查，记录所有调查对象基本信息和眼病筛查结果信息。数据集共计6284条信息。本数据集具体采集如下字段信息：编号、采集地、筛查日期、性别、出生日期、胎龄、出生体重、分娩方式、高危病史、外眼检查（左眼）、外眼检查（右眼）、对光反射检查（左眼）、对光反射检查（右眼）、红光反射检查（左眼）、红光反射检查（右眼）、眼底检查（左）、眼底检查（右）、筛查结果。

This dataset targets premature infants, low birth weight infants, or neonates with other high-risk factors who were born at maternal and child health care institutions in 6 provinces and municipalities nationwide during 2014 to 2017. Wide-field digital retinal imaging systems were used to conduct screening for ocular birth defects and abnormalities. Basic information and eye disease screening results of all survey participants were recorded. The dataset contains a total of 6,284 records. The specific collected fields are as follows:
