利用顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术和气相色谱-嗅觉测量(HS-SPME-GC-MS/GC-O)技术、和香气活度（OAV）值分析等，获得油茶籽油的特征风味成分等数据。数据采集时间范围为2021-01-01至2022-12-31。
This dataset contains data including the characteristic flavor components of Camellia oleifera seed oil, which was obtained using Headspace Solid-Phase Microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Gas Chromatography-Olfactometry (GC-O), and Odor Activity Value (OAV) analysis. The data collection period ranges from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
