ENPA Section 3 Cliff and Foreshore

Section 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside (Amendment) Act 1985 requires the National Park Authority (NPA) to prepare a map of any areas of mountain, moor, heath, woodland, down, cliff or foreshore (including any bank, barrier, dune, beach, flat or other land adjacent to the foreshore), whose natural beauty it is, in the opinion of the NPA, particularly important to conserve. Cliff and Foreshore Uncultivated land above and adjoining the low water mark of mean tides, including not only the foreshore proper but other land in the nature of bank, barrier, dune, beach or flat. This data though was surveyed in 1990《1985年野生动物与乡村（修订）法案》第3条要求国家公园管理局（National Park Authority，NPA）编制以下区域的地图：山地、高沼地、石楠灌丛、林地、丘陵草原、悬崖或滨岸带（包括任何堤岸、屏障、沙丘、海滩、滩涂或其他毗邻滨岸带的土地），上述区域的天然美景经该局认定具有特别重要的保护价值。 悬崖与滨岸带 平均低潮线以上及毗邻的未开垦土地，不仅涵盖狭义滨岸带，还包括各类堤岸、防护屏障、沙丘、海滩或滩涂性质的土地。 本数据集的调研工作完成于1990年。
