The dataset contains an idealized numerical simulation of a convective mixed layer forced by buoyancy with daily cycle and light winds. This simulation was used to study upper ocean dispersion and diffusivity in lagrangian particles and passive tracers. The submitted dataset is split into two archives: m_25_1b.tar.gz and m_25_2b.tar.gz. The two archives contains two simulations at 25m horizontal resolution forced with (1b) buoyancy forcing and (2b) wind and buoyancy forcing. Each archive contains 3 folders: m_25_?b, m_25_?b_tracer and m_25_?b_particles. The first folder contains all the files (configuration, mesh and outputs) for the spinup. The second folder contains all files of the run with the passive tracer and the third folder contains all files of the longer run used to advect particles. Notice that this last folder might contain partial data due to a corruption of the storage filesystem. It does contain nevertheless all the configuration files necessary to re-run the simulation.
