Burkholderia pseudomallei from paediatric cases in Cambodia

In 2020, a significant prevalence of paediatric melioidosis (=14 years old) was observed at Kantha Bopha Children's Hospitals. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of B. pseudomallei isolates from paediatric cases in Cambodia to investigate the genomic epidemiology and antibiotic susceptibility of the pathogen from this region.
