下载完整数据集repo

下载单个文件到指定本地文件夹（以下载README.md到当前路径下“dir”目录为例）

modelscope download --dataset wanyyyy/digital README.md --local_dir
```

Download a single file to a specified local folder (taking downloading README.md to the "dir" directory under the current path as an example):
