Limburgerhof – Jahnstraße

Development plans and land use plans of the municipality of Limburgerhof:The “Jahnstraße” development plan is intended to provide the planned area with commercial landfill and former railway facility to an urban design and order and the favourable location to the railway station, town centre, public and private facilities for further development. The further aim of the development plan is to secure and/or expand residential and commercial establishments in the Jahnstraße area, which do not significantly disturb housing, such as trade and services. This also applies to the reuse of the commercial land. In the area of Feuerbachstraße, residential development is to be secured and further developed as well as formative settlement structures to be preserved. Furthermore, the area of former railway system including road space Jahnstraße is organised and designed on the basis of the development plan. This is done with the designation of green areas, multifunctional areas for leisure, parking and parking spaces, free and practice area for the fire brigade as well as a path from the station to Carl-Bosch-Straße.林堡霍夫（Limburgerhof）市镇的发展规划与土地利用规划：「约翰大街（Jahnstraße）」发展规划旨在对该规划区域内的商业填埋场及前铁路设施开展城市设计与风貌整治，并依托其临近火车站、市中心、公共与私人配套设施的优越区位推进后续开发。本规划的另一目标是保障并拓展约翰大街片区内不会对居住环境造成显著干扰的商住业态（如商贸与服务业），同时推动该片区商业用地的盘活再利用。福伊尔巴赫大街（Feuerbachstraße）片区需保障住宅开发并推进其升级，同时保留具有标志性的聚居区格局。此外，基于本发展规划，对包含约翰大街道路空间在内的前铁路区域进行统筹组织与设计，具体举措包括划定公共绿地、打造兼具休闲与停车功能的复合型场地、预留消防执勤及训练场地，以及修建一条连接火车站与卡尔-博世大街（Carl-Bosch-Straße）的步行通道。
