This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing national regional consumer consumption data related to plastic fresh-keeping bag storage boxes. Its core objectives are to understand consumers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for such products, verify the market sales performance of the products, formulate service strategies for all consumers in the relevant industry, and better provide personalized goods and services. It also helps enterprises gain a deeper understanding of their consumers, enabling targeted communication: high-level consumers can be contacted 1 to 2 times per month, medium-level consumers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-level consumers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. The dataset construction process includes four steps: 1. Data Collection: Collect quarterly relevant transaction data of consumers' purchases of plastic fresh-keeping bag storage boxes. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and aggregate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Calculate the demand index P for each consumer using the processed data, with the formula: $P = left( frac{a_1}{b_1} + frac{a_2}{b_2} ight) imes k$. Here, $a_1$ represents the minimum order quantity per single transaction, $b_1$ represents the minimum single-transaction consumption amount; $a_2$ represents the maximum order quantity per single transaction, $b_2$ represents the maximum single-transaction consumption amount; $k$ is the consumption coefficient, which varies across four major economic regions in China: Eastern Region, Northeast Region, Central Region, and Western Region. Based on empirical values, the $k$ value is set to 1.1 for the Eastern Region, 1.15 for both the Northeast and Central Regions, and 1.2 for the Western Region. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide consumers into three levels based on the calculated demand index. Specifically, consumers with a score above 30 are marked as "high-level", those with a score within the range of 20 to 30 are marked as "medium-level", and those with a score below 20 are marked as "low-level".
