Data and code for "Reconstruction of Mesosphere and Lower Thermosphere Temperature Profiles and Estimation of Three-Dimensional Temperature Fields Based on TIMED/SABER Observations"

This record contains the processed data, trained TNet model files, preprocessing scalers, and Python scripts used to reproduce Figures 2-9 in the main manuscript and Figures S1-S4 in the Supporting Information. The archived materials support the evaluation of the Temperature Reconstruction Network, the generation of three-dimensional temperature fields between 50 and 99 km, and comparisons with TIMED/SABER observations and NRLMSIS2.1.
