Aggregated demographic data, averaged clinical data, and averaged biomechanical strain data for glaucoma patients imaged by SD-OCT before and after laser suturelysis. The data include:1) The CSV file contains a list of data labels, averaged clinical data, and averaged biomechanical data.2) The tables in DataTables present average biomechanical data and statistical comparisons.3) The Supplemental information associated with the manuscript4) Matlab files (.mat) contain the strain outcomes averaged over the tissues of the ONH. The strains are calculated from digital volume correlation of the OCT-image volumes for each eye. The tissues are defined by manual segmentation. 本数据集收录了经扫频光学相干断层扫描(SD-OCT, Swept-Source Optical Coherence Tomography)成像的青光眼患者在激光缝线松解术前后的汇总人口统计学数据、平均临床数据与平均生物力学应变数据。本数据集包含以下内容:
1. 一个CSV格式文件,其内存储了数据标签列表、平均临床数据及平均生物力学数据;
2. DataTables中展示了平均生物力学数据与统计学对比分析结果;
3. 随研究手稿附带的补充材料;
4. Matlab格式文件(.mat)存储了视神经乳头(ONH, Optic Nerve Head)各组织的平均应变结果。该应变通过对每只受试眼的OCT图像体积开展数字体相关法计算得到,组织区域通过手动分割定义。Matlab文件以Excel电子表格中的数据标签命名。
