The study compared flash electroretinograms (ERG) in several mouse models of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The data from each mouse models are presented in excell table files (.xls). The file name includes the name of the mouse line. In each excell file, the data from WT controls and mouse mutant models are shown as indicated and highlighted in yellow. Each line is the data of one eye from one individual mouse (mouse number indicated); the right eyes of mice are highlighted in blue, the left eye in pink. Flash strengths (intensities of stimulus) are indicated in bold letters at top of each column. Each column shows measures recorded in the eyes. The mean, standard deviation (SD) and number of eyes, are shown at bottom of columns. Datasets are also separated in three tabs for three distinct ERG parameters: Scotopic a and b waves: Implicit time (ms) and amplitudes (µV) are shown for a waves and b waves (as indicated) in the WT group (left panel) and DMD mouse model (right panel). Oscilatory potentials (OPs): amplitudes are shown for WT (left) and mutant lines (right) Photopic b waves: Implicit time (ms) and amplitudes (µV) are shown for the WT group (left panel) and DMD mouse model (right panel).
