Section 2(2) of the Bergedorf 40 Building Plan Act of 12 January 1970 (HmbGVBl. P. 5), as amended on 20. December 1988 (HmbGVBl. P. 310, is replaced by the following:
2. In the core areas, money- or gambling-oriented entertainment venues, brothels, brothel-like establishments, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is intended for representations or acts of sexual character shall be prohibited.’
1970年1月12日颁布的《贝格多夫40号建筑规划法案》（HmbGVBl. P. 5）第2条第2款，经1988年12月20日修订（HmbGVBl. P. 310），现由以下内容取代：
2. 核心区域内，以金钱或博彩为导向的娱乐场所、妓院、类妓院场所，以及旨在进行性表现或性行为的演示与经营场所，一律予以禁止。
