The objectives of this study are: (i) to show the effects of water volume in DI on soil properties and jujube yields; (ii) to reveal variations of soil bacterial communities by water volume in DI; and (iii) to explore the association of soil properties and bacterial communities under different water volume of DI. Based on the results of this study, we could clarify the underlying mechanisms of variations of soil bacterial communities and guide the operation condition of DI technology during jujube cultivation.
