本計畫第1 年期(110年)已釐清影響空側容量之核心因素,接續於第2 年期(111 年)進行參數項定義及軟體雛型開發,研發以模擬為基礎之多跑道機場空側容量評析技術。此評析技術係以系統模擬技術為基礎,結合飛航與機場空側運作、等候理論、數學規劃排點與排程等模式,並以桃園機場公司真實運轉數據進行驗證,確認技術邏輯可反映真實狀況與相關規定,具備後續發展人機介面軟體之可行性,將可做為政策評估工具,分析機場空側容量,並可模擬機場平日營運或營運期間變動結果,進行不同方案比較,釐清航空器在不同情境下之延滯情形。
This project clarified the core factors affecting airside capacity during its first year phase (Year 110). In the subsequent second year phase (Year 111), the project defined parameter items and developed a software prototype, while researching and developing simulation-based multi-runway airport airside capacity assessment technology. This assessment technology is based on system simulation technology, integrating models including flight operations and airport airside operations, queuing theory, mathematical programming for spot assignment and scheduling, etc. It was verified using real operational data from Taoyuan Airport Corporation, confirming that its technical logic can reflect real operational conditions and relevant regulations, and proving the feasibility of subsequent development of human-computer interface software. The technology can serve as a policy assessment tool for analyzing airport airside capacity, simulate daily airport operations or operational changes during operational periods, compare different plans, and clarify the delay situations of aircraft under various scenarios.
