1:采集本公司鸡类卤制品在安徽省线下渠道的销售订单,包括地区,时间,零售渠道,产品名称,数量,金额等。将零售月销量,从1月至3月依次用x1,x2,x3表示,并汇总计算得到1-3月线下渠道零售总销量x;2:计算线下渠道的1-3月平均销售金额A,A=(x1+x2+x3)/3;3:根据公式计算1-3月线下渠道的销售金额方差s²,s²=[(x1-A)²+(x2-A)²+(x3-A)²]÷3;4:依靠市场经验将方差进行分级评价,当方差s小于等于0.1时,评价该销售渠道为销售超平稳型渠道。当方差s大于0.1并且小于等于1时,评价该销售渠道为销售平稳型渠道。当方差s大于1时,评价该销售渠道为销售波动型渠道。对于销售超平稳型渠道,可每月保持鸡类卤制品的生产和供货数量;对于销售平稳型渠道,需按固定周期关注该销售渠道的销售情况,适当调整鸡类卤制品的生产和供货数量;而对于销售波动型渠道,需每月关注该销售渠道销售情况,了解该其销售情况变化,以适应大幅度调整经营策略。(表内数据存在四舍五入及实际误差,结果上符合实际但不保持数据包内完全对应。)字段中“数量”单位为包
This dataset is constructed by collecting sales orders of poultry braised products from offline channels in Anhui Province, calculating the sales amount of the target channels, and then computing the variance to evaluate the sales performance of the channels. It is applied to evaluate the production and sales strategies of sales entities. Production and supply enterprises can utilize this data algorithm to grasp the sales status of poultry braised products in Anhui Province's offline channels, track market trends, coordinate production and operation, mitigate losses caused by market fluctuations, assist in forecasting market trends, provide data support for the local development of poultry braised product sales, continuously optimize benefits, and balance the production and sales volume of poultry braised products.
1. Collect sales orders of the company's poultry braised products from offline channels in Anhui Province, including region, time, retail channel, product name, quantity, amount, etc. The monthly retail sales volumes from January to March are denoted as x1, x2, and x3 in sequence, and the total retail sales volume x of offline channels from January to March is obtained through aggregation calculation;
2. Calculate the average sales amount A of offline channels from January to March, where A = (x1 + x2 + x3)/3;
3. Calculate the sales amount variance s² of offline channels from January to March using the formula: s² = [(x1 - A)² + (x2 - A)² + (x3 - A)²] ÷ 3;
4. Conduct hierarchical evaluation of the variance based on market experience:
- When the variance s is less than or equal to 0.1, the sales channel is rated as an ultra-stable sales channel;
- When the variance s is greater than 0.1 and less than or equal to 1, the sales channel is rated as a stable sales channel;
- When the variance s is greater than 1, the sales channel is rated as a fluctuating sales channel.
For ultra-stable sales channels, the production and supply volume of poultry braised products can be maintained monthly; for stable sales channels, the sales status of the channel needs to be monitored at fixed intervals, and the production and supply volume of poultry braised products should be adjusted appropriately; for fluctuating sales channels, the sales status of the channel needs to be monitored monthly to understand its sales changes so as to make major adjustments to business strategies.
