LC–MS/MS data of amino acids analyzed by QqQ (Shimadzu LCMS-8030)

DescriptionThis dataset contains raw and processed LC–MS/MS data acquired in MRM mode for the relative quantification of amino acids (deuterium labeling) derivatized with APDS. Samples correspond to mouse tissues (cortex, hippocampus, brainstem, muscle, heart, and liver) collected under controlled experimental conditions. InstrumentationLC system: Shimadzu Nexera XR MS system: Shimadzu LCMS-8030 Ionization: ESI, positive mode Acquisition mode: MRM Analysis software: Skyline File organization - raw_data: Original vendor files (.lcd). The raw data and Skyline method files are organized into folders named after the analyzed tissues: Cortex, Muscle, Heart, Hippocampus, Brainstem, and Liver. - instrument_methods: Description of LC and MS method parameters. - processed_data: Contains exports from Skyline in .xlsx format. Metadata (sample information such as group, replicate, and date) and the sample list are also included in this file.
