Setophaga coronata whole-genome sequencing

Whole genome sequence data are generated for Setophaga coronata coronata, S. c. auduboni, and their hybrids for genomic and genetic analyses. Sampling was conducted in several transects that cross a hybrid zone as well as in regions where each species is allopatric. The study is aimed at identifying genetic loci involved in reproductive barriers, describing the genetic architecture of these loci, and characterizing the temporal stability of the hybrid zone.
