Gene expression profile of ILC3 isolated from mesenteric lymph node and gut of Tox2 deficient mice

Innate lymphoid cells (ILC) lack specific antigen receptors but possess effector functions as T cells. Group 3 ILCs are a heterogenous population implied in gastrointestinal immune responses. To uncover the role of the transcription factor Tox2 in ILC3, we analyzed the transcriptional profile of ILC3, at the single-cell level, isolated from the gut and the mesenteric lymph node of Tox2 deficient mice.
