Dataset and numerical tests for PT_SOLVER transport solver in the TRANSP integrated modeling code for tokamak plasmas

This package contains archived data, figure-regeneration scripts, and standalone Python scripts that can be used to test the numerical algorithms described in the manuscript. The goal of the archive is to let a reviewer or repository user reproduce the submitted figure panels directly from the archived data files and, for the benchmark cases, rerun the simplified numerical test problems.
