Replication data for: "Networks or Wages? Divergent Emigration Logics of Spanish Physicians and Nurses

Replication data and R code for the gravity model analysis of Spanish health workforce emigration presented in "Networks or Wages? Divergent Emigration Logics of Spanish Physicians and Nurses." The repository contains two bilateral panels (2012–2023) of Spanish-trained specialist physicians (148 observations, 13 OECD destinations) and nurses (131 observations, 12 OECD destinations), combining emigration stocks from the OECD Health Workforce Migration Indicators, wage data in purchasing power parity from OECD Health Statistics, and bilateral distance and language variables from the CEPII GeoDist database. The R script reproduces all models reported in the paper (pooled OLS, year and two-way fixed effects, PPML) and the robustness checks and descriptive figures. Full variable definitions are provided in the accompanying README.
