Experimental Raw Data for Nitrogen Metabolism and Excretion in Tropical Planktonic Foraminifera

This data contains experimental raw data for incubation experiments tracking nitrogen metabolism and excretion in tropical planktonic foraminifera. Sheet 1 contains all information on the cultured specimens. Sheet 2 includes changes in ammonium and total dissolved nitrogen concentrations in culture experiments, calculations of accumulated ammonium excretion and diel changes in ammonium excretion. Sheet 3 contains information on Artemia uptake, NH4+ excretion, N content, and biomass δ15N of the specimens used for calculating trophic effect.
