LEADER Programme in the Morvan Regional Natural Park

Leader (Liaison Entre Actions de Développement de l’Economie Rurale) is a European programme aimed at making rural areas balanced centres of activity and living. It is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) of the Burgundy Franche County Region. The Leader programme is led by bodies called Local Action Groups (LAGs). The Morvan Regional Natural Park is responsible for the animation of one of the 3 LAGs present in its territory: the LAG Morvan.领导者计划（Leader，全称为农村经济发展行动联络计划，原法语全称：Liaison Entre Actions de Développement de l’Economie Rurale）是一项欧洲级规划，旨在将农村地区打造为兼具生产活动与生活居住功能的均衡发展中心。该计划由勃艮第-弗朗什-孔泰大区的欧洲农业农村发展基金（European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, EAFRD）提供资助。领导者计划由地方行动小组（Local Action Groups, LAGs）牵头实施。莫尔凡区域自然公园负责统筹其辖区内3个地方行动小组之一——莫尔凡地方行动小组（LAG Morvan）的相关运作事务。
