该文档为《广西壮族自治区陆生野生动物保护管理规定》，于1994年7月29日公布施行。为有效保护、发展和合理利用陆生野生动物资源，维护生态平衡，根据《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》、《中华人民共和国陆生野生动物保护实施条例》和有关法律、法规，结合本自治区的实际情况，制定本规定。
This document is the Regulations on the Protection and Management of Terrestrial Wild Animals of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, which was promulgated and took effect on July 29, 1994. These Regulations are formulated for the purposes of effectively protecting, developing and rationally utilizing terrestrial wild animal resources, maintaining ecological balance, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife", the "Implementing Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Terrestrial Wild Animals" and other relevant laws and regulations, and in light of the actual conditions of this autonomous region.
